Ocean Vagabond Accommodation - bungalows in Dakhla
THE OCEAN VAGABOND is open all year and is located 28 km from Dakhla airport, by the lagoon. The camp is friendly, the accommodation is stylish and very comfortable, and the food and service is simply great! There are a variety of bungalows to choose from, Superior or Young Blood bungalows, a great Kite and Windsurf Station, and lovely bar and restaurant. This is a fantastic place to stay, for singles, couples or families.
The Bungalows
The superior Bungalow:
These 25 m2 bungalows are fitted with a bedroom, a bathroom and toilet, and a terrace sheltered from the wind. Each Bungalow has room for up to 3 people. Bed linen and bath towels are provided, but don’t forget your beach towels! (Océan Vagabond beach towels are available for sale at the Surfshop).
The Young Blood Bungalows:
These are slightly smaller, but are perfectly comfortable for one or two people. They also have private terraces sheltered from the wind. The young blood bungalows have a shared bathroom and shower area. All bungalows have a direct view over the lagoon.
Bar & Restaurant
The restaurant and bar have fantastic views across the water, so you can watch your friends kiting while you have a drink and relax....
There is a free wifi service for all clients in this area.
Meals are served at the restaurant at the following times:
- breakfast: from 8 am to 10 am
- lunch: from 12.30 pm to 2.30 pm
- dinner: from 7.30 pm to 9.30 pm
For a supplement you can order Dakhla oysters, rock lobsters, grilled fish...and a selection of special cocktails!

- Full board and round trip airport transfers are included.
- Mineral water is included in the price of the full board.
- There are no additional taxes on these prices. Extras are payable for bar consumption and excursions.
- Superior Bungalows only: 30% reduction children < 12 years. No charge infants < 2 years (baby bed).
- A deposit of 30% is required in order to finalize a bungalow reservation.
Cancellation Policy :
- Cancellation between 30 and 16 days before arrival = 30% of the total amount for the stay owed
- Cancellation between 15 and 8 days before arrival = 50% of the total amount for the stay owed
- Cancellation 7 days or less before arrival or NO SHOW* = 100% of the total amount for the stay owed
* A client that has not checked in before 7h00 the day after scheduled arrival will be considered a NO SHOW. All services of the Club Mistral-Skyriders water sports center are billed separately and must be paid fully in advance to benefit from the preferred pricing. Local pricing applies on site.
